Our guarantee
Every order that is paid for is guaranteed to be delivered or refunded. Whether we resend your order or refund it depends on the circumstances of that order, and we decide that case by case.
All sales are final
Orders that are placed and paid for are usually final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, arrives incorrect, or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date, or within 30 days of your order date if it never arrived. Please email us at twistyseeds@gmail.com or use the contact form on our Contact page, and include:
- your order number
- a description of the problem
- photos, if the order arrived damaged or incorrect
We’ll review it and reply as quickly as we can. If we approve a refund, a replacement or both, we will tell you which and how long it will take.
Living and natural products
Seeds, Clones and Pollen are natural products. Results depend on growing conditions, handling and care after delivery. We can’t guarantee germination, rooting, growth, yield or any particular result.
Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays or customs. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We aren’t responsible for orders sent to an address the customer entered incorrectly. Contact us right away if you notice a mistake. We’ll try to fix it, but we can’t promise to.
Legal responsibility of the customer
It is up to the customer to check local laws before ordering. Customers must be of legal age. By ordering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that these products are legal where you live.
Crypto payments
- Cryptocurrency payments can’t be reversed. Please send the exact amount, to the exact address, on the exact network shown at checkout, before the payment timer ends.
- We aren’t responsible for payments sent to the wrong address or the wrong network, payments sent after the timer expired, or partial payments. If you have a problem, contact us with your order number and the transaction ID. We’ll try to help, but we can’t guarantee recovery.
- If we approve a refund, we’ll send it as crypto to a wallet address you give us in writing. The refund is based on the US dollar price of your order, not on the coin amount sent, and any network fees are deducted. Refunds are not paid by card or bank.
Our right to cancel or refuse
We may cancel or refuse an order, and refund it, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if a product is unavailable, or if there is a pricing or other error on our side.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. The policy in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
