How long does a Bitcoin payment take?
Bitcoin payments usually take 10 to 30 minutes to confirm. The payment page shows “verifying” while it waits for the network. This is normal.
Should I keep the payment page open?
Yes. Keep the payment page open until it says your payment is confirmed. If you closed it by accident, email us your order number and we will check it for you.
I paid but it still says verifying. Should I send again?
No. Never send a second payment. Wait for the confirmation. If it takes longer than an hour, email us your order number and transaction ID.
